Monique is very action-oriented, self-directed, and capable fundraising professional. I worked with Monique for just over one-year when she came aboard at Casa Dorinda as our first Director of Advancement. During that time, she was able to create an entire program of fundraising, plan for a major capital campaign, and work through the intricacies of receiving various types of donor gifts, including fine art, remainder trusts, estate gifts, appreciated stock, and others, all of which were new to our organization.

I recommend Monique Littlejohn as someone who can create, organize, and execute outstanding fundraising programs and campaigns.

Tracy Beard
Producer at International Women’s Festivals

Monique is amazing with donors and stewarding donors to the club. Monique took event and made it her own. She branded the major event from marketing, to deco’. Monique was so clam to work with as an event planner. She works well with the community leaders and businesses in Santa Barbara.

Director of Operations at Santa Barbara International Film Festival

I’m the Director of Operations at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival and worked with Monique Littlejohn for approximately 1 ½ years prior to her relocation to Australia. Monique brought a degree of professionalism to the Development Department that had not been seen in the history of the Festival. Monique is diligent, knowledgeable, and hard working, but most of all successful. She quickly established relationships with current sponsors as well as solicited and closed deals with new sponsors. In addition Monique researched both government and private sector foundations and wrote grant applications successfully infusing new money into the Festival. I would highly recommend Monique and I’m confident any organization with whom she chooses to work will be very fortunate indeed.less

David Edelman
Vice President of Advancement and Development at Fielding Graduate University

I worked with Monique as I was the Chairperson of the Development Committee for the Santa Barbara International Film festival. Of all of the development folks that I have worked with, more than 30 years in development work, she is in the top 5%. I found her to be competent, flexible and capable to get the tasks done and to end up with successful outcomes. She is good humored, focused and diligent. She not only gets results, she keeps her committee members updated and informed of progress and activities. She was a loss to SBIFF when she left the area.less

I was involved with Monique Littlejohn in various capacaties as a volunteer and as chairman of events in Santa Barbara through her non profit endeavors. Monique is a person of her word, very smart, a good listener and I always found her to follow through on what she said. I also found Monique to always have a smile and a can do attitude and never found the challenge to daunting and with any non profit event there becomes challenges
